Many law firms practice exclusively in commercial law and have no interest, nor the expertise, to become involved in commercial litigation. For these firms, HW Litigation provides a secure source of referral for clients who have disputes which need to be resolved.
Because we specialise in commercial litigation, there is no threat of our firm trying to "take over" another firms' clients in other areas of the law.
We accept either straight referrals of clients or agency engagements via the client's primary firm.
We work very closely with all referral firms to ensure their clients receive the benefit of our expertise in a seamless, efficient and cost effective manner. We also provide regular updates on a matter's progress to the referring firm, if requested by that firm and the client.
